FLEX-RIGID MULTILAYERS
Flex-rigid multilayer printed circuits provide an innovative and adaptable interconnection system. These circuits can be manufactured in low and high volume with excellent repeatability.
Benefits include the reduction in the number of vulnerable solder joints, elimination of expensive connectors and a reduction in the time required to assemble, test and install. By eliminating additional wiring, a significant reduction in the size of the finished module can be achieved.
